Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by offsetihjn B.V. ("offsetihjn," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website offsetihjn.live and nail salon services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and offsetihjn.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website. offsetihjn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Services Description

offsetihjn provides professional nail care services including but not limited to:

• Classic and gel manicures
• Luxury and gel pedicures
• Nail art and custom designs
• French manicures
• Nail repair and maintenance services
• Cuticle treatments

All services are provided by trained professionals in our salon located in Almere, Netherlands. Service availability may vary, and offsetihjn reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or through our website contact form. When booking an appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Notify us of any allergies or health conditions relevant to nail care
• Follow our cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. offsetihjn reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service completion. offsetihjn accepts cash, debit cards, and credit cards. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT as required by Dutch law.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Client Obligations and Conduct

As a client of offsetihjn, you agree to:

• Treat our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
• Follow all salon policies and procedures
• Disclose any relevant health information or allergies
• Maintain appropriate hygiene standards
• Not engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Respect the salon environment and equipment

offsetihjn reserves the right to refuse service or terminate appointments if clients fail to comply with these obligations or engage in inappropriate conduct.

Health and Safety

offsetihjn maintains high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with Dutch health regulations. We use sterilized equipment and follow strict sanitation protocols. However, clients acknowledge that:

• Some risk of infection or adverse reaction may exist with any nail care service
• Clients with certain health conditions should consult their physician before receiving services
• Pregnant clients should inform us before receiving services
• Allergic reactions to products, while rare, are possible

If you experience any adverse reactions following our services, please contact us immediately and seek appropriate medical attention if necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on the offsetihjn website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of offsetihjn or its licensors and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.

• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and any outstanding payments become due.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of offsetihjn's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Force Majeure

offsetihjn shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, governmental action, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and offsetihjn regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
